Debt Defender is a credit-education and dispute-documentation tool. It helps you organize your credit reports, identify potential inaccuracies and collector violations, draft dispute correspondence with legal citations, track deadlines, and export a case file.
Debt Defender is an education and self-advocacy tool. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Nothing on this site creates an attorney–client relationship. We do not guarantee any outcome, including correction or removal of any item from any credit report, dismissal of any debt, or success in any legal proceeding.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for reviewing any letter before you sign and send it, and for meeting any deadline that applies to your situation. Templates and citations are starting points, not advice for your specific case.
You retain ownership of your data. Reports and files are stored for your own case file and can be exported or deleted by you at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use the service to submit false statements, fabricate evidence, or harass any party. Accounts used for fraud may be terminated.
During beta the service is provided free of charge, “as is,” and features may change. Paid tiers may be introduced later with notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debt Defender and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
